What date should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP on the website by September 12, 2026
What is the dress code?
We encourage dressy cocktail attire to make the occasion feel special. We want everyone to feel elevated and celebratory.
Women – cocktail dress or elegant separates.
Men – suit and tie or dress shirt and blazer.
Block heels will serve you better than stilettos on the lawn in the rose garden. Please no jeans. And as always – white is taken.
What time should I arrive?
Please plan to arrive between 4:00 - 4:15 to ensure you’re settled, comfortable, and have time to enjoy the atmosphere. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30.
Where can I park?
Complimentary valet parking will be provided upon arrival directly in front of Anderson Pavilion on Mehring Way. There will be signage along the street to direct guests to the valet drop-off location.
After exiting your vehicle, please cross Mehring Way via the pedistrian crossway and turn right at the second sidewalk entrance toward the Rose Garden, where the ceremony will take place. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are all on the same venue property.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be outdoors. Cocktail hour has indoor and outdoor spaces. The reception is indoors. In the event of rain, all guests will be notified upon their arrival to the venue of the rain location.
Can I bring my children?
We love your children, but ask for our wedding day to be an adults-only event, so everyone can be fully present, relax, and enjoy.
